We advise the client on Business strategy, assessment of available options and High level plan. Client implements the plan themselves.
We work with the client to Plan and deliver the projects. A blend of resources are deployed including our consultants, internal resources and contractors to find the right balance between plugging skills gap and cost effectiveness. This includes upskilling the client's workforce, so that they can sustain the change.
We provide training only to upskill client's workforce.
