A new buzz word that has been selling very well for the last few years is Design thinking. There is a debate about whether it is an approach, way of thinking, or a new methodology. This is a cool new way of working which takes its inspiration from other methodologies, approaches and frameworks. In short, it is about putting the customer at the centre of your creation, building prototype early so that the product could be tested quickly and any shortcomings can be addressed sooner rather than later.
