Mentorship

Management can be a lonely place, where people look up to you for help and you don't really have many people that you could ask for support. Mentorship is aimed at managers and leaders who cannot ask for help at their firm and need somebody to coach them through a problem or a project. Although, we have also had firms hire us directly to coach their newly promoted leaders and recruits from foreign countries. The sessions are one-to-one, where you have the freedom to ask anything, the discussions are private and it is to help people become better at their job.

Is Mentorship for me?

It is best suited to middle and top management, as well as people being promoted into roles outside of their comfort zone. The type of help people require varies, some people just need a sounding board to ensure they are heading in the right direction, others have stepped into new roles that is outside of their area of expertise and need support learning new skills such as planning, conducting analysis, managing workforce and dealing with senior stakeholders.
